Lincoln AIM is a boutique and pro-active search firm based in NYC hiring for companies across the US and other parts of the world. They focus on recruitment in the information technology sector.

Bristles & Keys has assisted Lincoln AIM with website design & development, hosting and maintenance since launch.

Website Design & Development

Lincoln AIM is a new company and at this stage required an unbranded website design. The primary purpose of the website is to display available jobs with filters on the location and programming language and to capture enquires.

The website has been build to be SEO friendly, however, as recruitment is such a competitive space the current role of the website is to display roles that are advertised elsewhere on the internet.

The website uses the WordPress content management system with a custom theme and custom plugins and has been set up to make content management simple and intuitive. Although very a very simple structure, the website was structured and developed to enhance search engine optimisation and web performance optimisation. The design of the website was created to be clear and user friendly to visitors across devices.

The roles within the website are currently entered manually via the administration area of the website. However, if required, the website could be extended to display roles that are managed on other platforms.

Bristles and Keys also provide ongoing development, maintenance and hosting for the website.
