In the past when we have had new websites created, it has been a traumatic and all consuming affair, with lots of demands on personal and business time. Working with Adam Sumner has been the antithesis of this and he has turned what potentially could have been a nightmarish scenario into a breeze. Despite us having had a great website previously (but one that had become out of date and unwieldy in its construction), he had a lot to measure up to but he asked all the right questions initially and came to us with a design that we liked immediately. After a couple of small tweaks we launched into the building of the site which was actually quite fun in the end! Throughout the process he has kept us informed, worked to deadlines and has been a consummate professional.

If there was anything he was unsure of (there wasn’t much and if it was, it was not his field) he went away and found out how to do it. He is extremely good at his job, very knowledgeable, creative and a pleasure to work with. He always had our best interests at heart and worked tirelessly to give us what we needed and gently moved us into new areas we were previously reluctant to venture. It is rare to find a person that has all the qualities of being a good listener, being creative and a technical wizard in one and not a prima donna when it comes to the design! We cannot rate him highly enough and out of the 4 websites we have had built for us over the past 11 years, this was definitely the best user experience we have ever had.
